3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1chopped red onion

2/3 cup or more mayonnaise

4 slices lemon

2 chopped celery stalks

1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar

4 chopped sprigs of dill

3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Take chicken in a large pot. Arrange lemon slices on it along with dill springs. Now pour water in the pan, covering the chicken by about 2 inches.
